Why good companies don’t reduce salaries and lay off people

Instead of cutting the wages of the least skilled, they put pressure on the most skilled to be more creative.

Exploiting the poor is just such crap; why aren’t we ashamed to do that?

Ashamed that we can’t run our own businesses—the businesses we invented—well enough to make them work? As a new company, instead of trying to mindlessly cut costs by outsourcing, we added value by creating products our customers would pay a premium for!
