I wish people who can’t speak English well would stop having a inferiority complex . The only way they can overcome this is by creating regional language ecosystems , which are influential and affluential.
Otherwise, they will continue being treated as second class citizens in their own country , which is such a tragedy.
We are much more comfortable doing business with people whom we can bond with – people who speak our mother tongue !
Why don’t we take advantage of this opportunity ?
